Power of Food author Adam Hart models the current energy of integration

At one point in his life, this handsome, vibrant man used to suffer from depression, anxiety, food allergies and asthma.

He had a rocking relationship with junk food and was overweight.

The wake up call came at 26 years old, when Adam Hart was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and just knew that he had to take back control of his life.

Today at 40, he is a Living Food Champion, chef, professional speaker and author with his second book out this month: The Power of Food.

What really makes Adam stand out in my mind is his integrated (mind, body and spirit) approach to health and happiness that reflects the current energy in our evolution.

First of all, he models it. The man seems to be having the time of his life hanging out with his wife and daughter in Squamish, BC, hiking, climbing, biking and enjoying a thriving business.

He seemed very relaxed when I spoke with him on Skype and said that the key to his success is in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and being conscious by engaging the power of intention/visualization.

For example, since 2001 he had the intention to go heli-skiing and applied a series of techniques like posting a picture on his vision board and repeatedly seeing it as a reality in his inner mind. Well, in March of this year, the vision was manifested and for FREE. Read his story here.

In his new book, Adam shares the 12 how-to action steps to engage with the power of intention and offers many plant-based recipes to help you boost your focus and life force. Come see him present and share recipes from his new book on June 24 at Well Seasoned Gourmet Food store in Langley from 7-9 pm.
